Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for orders with a subtotal of $100 or more. *This promotion does not apply to orders containing large items (fishing rods, rod holders, gaffs, landing nets, and bags) that are over 22 inches in any dimension, or international orders.

All orders are shipped from our location in Ewa Beach, Hawaii via USPS or UPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping to Australia, Canada, Germany, and Japan is available.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders placed by 3:00 PM HST will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM HST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Orders placed on Sundays and federal holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Items like fishing rods, rod holders, gaffs, nets, and bags that are over 22 inches in any dimension may sometimes take 2 to 3 days in Hawaii and 7 to 14 days outside of Hawaii to arrive.

If your shipment arrives showing physical damage, please refuse the shipment.

Restrictions

Due to state law restrictions, we will not ship the following products to the states below:

• Maine - Lead sinkers and jigs 1oz or less, or less than 2-1/2in
• Massachusetts - Lead sinkers and jigs less than 1oz
• New Hampshire - Lead sinkers and jigs 1oz or less
• New York - Lead sinkers 1/2oz or less
• Vermont - Lead sinkers 1/2oz or less

While you may be able to complete the checkout process, if an order shipping to one of these states includes an item restricted in that state, we will remove that item from the order and ship the remaining items.
